Dr. Oz shares his knowledge on choosing the best shoe for your foot type

We all know and respect Dr. Oz as being the one we go to for truthful health infomation. One of the items on Dr. Oz’s healthy list is walking. His reccomendation is to walk at least 10,000 steps a day. In this video, Dr. Oz talks about your foot type and how to choose the proper shoes for your foot type.
