My favorite shoes (and the only ones I have worn since I got them) are from Kuru Footwear. They are considered the world's most anatomical active footwear and great for walking. Is there a shoe that you would recommend more for long distance walking? I like to do about 5km a day, I think thats about 3 miles and would like to ramp it up once the weather improves?
